Cześć! Jestem Mikkel,

wolontariusz ze Szwecji (podobno pierwszy z tego kraju w projekcie IntegrArt). Dołączyłem do 9. edycji Projektu i przez rok będę częścią zespołu w Dworku Białoprądnickim. To miejsce wielkie ze względu na przestrzeń i możliwości jakie daje (jak to mówią – the bigger the better!).

Dlaczego dołączyłem do IntegrArt9? Aby poznawać ludzi! W tym roku skończyłem liceum i od tamtej pory marzyłem o tym, żeby poznać nowe miejsca, spróbować różnych aktywności.

Zacząłem już wsiąkać w kulturę i odkryłem, że uwielbiam jej doświadczać, poznawać osoby o podobnych pasjach, brać udział w nowych zajęciach.

Skoro o zainteresowaniach mowa – uwielbiam wszystko, co związane z fantastyką, w najszerszym tego słowa znaczeniu. Sama koncepcja innego, magicznego świata od zawsze mnie fascynowała i przyciągała.

Co jeszcze lubię robić? Uprawiać sport, rysować, tworzyć muzykę (gram na perkusji), przebywać na łonie natury, pisać. Lubię też organizować i planować – brzmi nudno? Dla mnie oznacza to oszczędność czasu i lepsze efekty pracy – a to dopiero daje satysfakcję!

Na zakończenie powiem, że jestem mega podekscytowany możliwością pracy tutaj, w Dworku! Zespół jest bardzo miły i pomocny. Pomysły już zaczynają krążyć w mojej głowie, więc być może niedługo spotkamy się podczas wydarzeń! Wszyscy mówią, że ten Projekt jest taki, jakim go sobie stworzysz – więc zamierzam mój pobyt tutaj przekształcić w  coś wyjątkowego!

Hi, it’s Mikkel!

Hii! I’m Mikkel, the resident swede (the only one this far on the project, I’ve heard). I joined the 9th edition of the Project and will be part of the team at Dworek Białoprądnicki for a year. It’s a great place because of the space and the opportunities it offers (as they say, the bigger the better!).

What was my chief motive to join this project, you might ask? Well, to meet people! I graduated highschool this summer, and have since yearned to see new places, try out new activities, meet new interesting people! I’ve started dipping my toes into the cultural scene more lately, and found that I love it! Engaging in activities you like, finding like-minded people, culture is a pathway to all that and more!

And on the topic of what I like, I love everything that has to do with fantasy, in the broadest sense. The notion of another, magical, world is fascinating to me, and has always drawn me in. And to loop back, culture is a perfect way to engage even more with interests like these, paying homage to them in a way!

What other stuff do I do? I like sports, drawing, music (I play the drums), being in nature, writing. I also enjoy organizing and planning, boring though it may seem. Making stuff effective, saving time, thinking ahead. To see the results of your work, now that is rewarding!

To wrap this up, I am super excited to work here at Dworek! The staff here is super nice and accommodating. The ideas on what to do are already flitting through my mind. I hope to see you soon on the events at Dworek! Everybody says that this project is what you make of it, so I’m gonna make this something special!
