I grant permission to the Cultural Center „Dworek Białoprądnicki” and its branches called „Kluby” (Cultural Clubs) for the use of the participant’s image, taken during the classes, and his artistic works for documentation and promotional purposes, in the promotional materials, on the website, on social media profiles, in leaflets, on posters.
